Julia Stark is a people person with a passion for connecting with others, and it’s no wonder she pursued a career in marketing and real estate. Armed with energy and insight, she joins The Bay Area Team as its new marketing director and is eager to put her skills to work. She will manage the Team’s social media campaigns, update and maintain its ever-changing website, promote fabulous properties, and coordinate the marketing strategies, among many other responsibilities.
Overcoming a childhood learning disability has propelled her to achieve tremendous confidence in her ability to focus on the job at hand with a remarkable degree of creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility. Her insight into the latest trends involving social media platforms will also enable her to maximize effective communication. She maintains deep compassion for people facing their own challenges, having volunteered with "Today's Youth Matter," an organization that provides year-round programs and mentoring for at-risk youth.
“I’m looking forward to helping The Bay Area Team become even more successful and visible, and using the latest social media tools to accomplish this,” says Stark. Learning all she can about the real estate industry is also a priority as she works towards earning a real estate license.
A proud 2020 graduate of Gonzaga University, Julia returned to reside in Alamo, where she grew up. When she’s not at work, you can definitely find her with friends, boating with family, traveling, working out at Orangetheory, or spending time with Ace, her family’s therapy/rescue dog, who maintains a schedule of visits to homebound residents.
