Maria Arvizu is another of the native Californians that are a part of The Bay Area Team.   Before launching her real estate practice three years ago,  she was a key member of the financial and investment services industry, with a focus on stock trading and sales.   During those years her exposure to various investment opportunities lead her to real estate.   Her analysis showed that the geographic location of the best return on real estate appreciation was within the Bay Area.   Without hesitation she made a decision to focus all of her professional attention on real estate,  and it has paid off more than she had dreamed.
